‘Keta School Boys’ are sun dried salted Anchovies; commonly used amongst the Ewe tribe from Ghana. The salted, dried Anchovies are usually dry roasted and had with the ever popular spicy Ghanaian Salsa (known as Raw Pepper) with a hot steamed milled corn dumpling called Akple.
